Stakeholder
Anyone with an interest in or influence on a project. Also called an interested party.
A stakeholder, sometimes called an interested party, is anyone who has an interest in what is being built or can influence it. That is not only the management and the project managerBringing one clearly defined undertaking to a result within scope, time and budget., but also the people on the shop floor who will have to work with the result, and sometimes customers or external partners too.
It pays to map out early who these stakeholders are and what they expect from the project. Someone you overlook can cause delays later, while someone who feels heard often becomes an ally.
Not every stakeholder carries the same weight. Some have a say in decisions, others mainly want to stay informed. Knowing who belongs in which group helps you divide your attention without involving everyone in every decision.
Programme management
A change that is getting too big for one project?
We temporarily take on the overview and the coordination, so your project or programme stays on course.
