What changed for these clients.
This isn't a gallery of logos and superlatives, but three concrete projects with figures that add up and quotes the client would sign off on themselves.

Design process from 9 to 4 months at SPG Dry Cooling.
Industrial designer SPG Dry Cooling worked in silos with manual design. We brought the partners together and guided the move to a central cloudSoftware en opslag die je via internet afneemt in plaats van op eigen servers. platform with parametric design. Three years later, design time has more than halved.
“With Make IT So's guidance we brought our partners and internal teams together around one platform. Designs that used to take 9 months now take 4. And we're automating even further.”

One concrete question is enough for a first conversation.
Scattered systems, one digital foundation at Bebat.
Bebat is the Belgian collection body for used batteries. Scattered systems each managed part of the process, the operational pressure to handle millions of units a year was mounting, and nobody knew any more which system held the current truth. We guided the move to an integrated platform where operations sit at the centre instead of being fragmented.
“What was scattered got one place. What was implicit became explicit. From that moment the team could move forward again without having to guess which system was right.”

24 processes mapped at a Belgian manufacturer, with AI as a writing aid.
A manufacturer switched to a new ERPEén systeem dat je kernprocessen zoals voorraad, boekhouding en orders samenbrengt. and warehouse system, but nobody had drawn up the processes from start to finish. With AI as a writing aid, we mapped nineteen of them in four weeks. The process owners decided what went in and approved every flow themselves.
“That came out of the flows. A colleague expected something that was never in the specifications and so had never been built. That showed us straight away the gap between what we had asked for and what the shop floor expected.”

Questions that usually come up for anyone scanning /cases.

Why only two named cases?
We only show client names where we have explicit approval. SPG Dry Cooling and Bebat gave it. We tell the third case without a name. Other clients appear as a logo: their work doesn't need to be spelled out here to prove it. After launch, two to three cases will be added each quarter.
Which figures have been validated?
Only what the client would sign off on themselves. The 9 to 4 months at SPG comes straight from their own measurement. For Bebat we show the situation and approach, not a percentage. For the manufacturer, the figures come from the project's own follow-up. Better no figure than a vague one.
Can I speak to a reference before we sign?
Yes. After the first conversation, and if there's a click, we put you in touch with an existing client in a similar situation. No rehearsed sales pitch, just two business owners sharing their experience.
Do you only work in these sectors?
No, those just happen to be the three cases we show here. We've also worked in retail, professional services and agency projects. What links the projects is the situation: there are several partners, there's no internal lead, and a project that has to move forward. If your context looks like that, it usually fits.
When will more cases be added?
As soon as the client has the time and the appetite to read along and give their approval. We don't force it. We'd rather have a few sharp cases than ten weak ones.
