Second opinion (IT)
An independent look at your IT plans or a running project, before you are locked in.
A second opinion is an independent look at your IT plans or at a project that is already under way. Someone with no stake in the outcome reviews it with you: is the approach right, are the risks in view, and does the proposed solution really fit what you need?
It is most valuable before you make a major decision or sign a contract. At that point, changing course is still cheap. Once you are locked into a choice, retracing your steps becomes expensive and painful.
A second opinion is not a vote of no confidence in your supplier or your team. It is a way of making sure you have asked the right questions before you move forward.
Second opinion
Unsure about an IT choice or a quote?
An independent second opinion tests your plan with no hidden agenda, so you can decide with confidence.
