Maarten has worked for more than thirteen years in agile product environments. He combines day-to-day execution with the bigger picture: he makes sure teams and stakeholders know where they stand and that a project stays predictable, even when it gets complicated.
He was previously COO at Beeple. He brings that experience from inside a growing company, where he helped shape the processes and the product vision, to every project.
His approach is pragmatic and he puts the people in the team first. In complex environments he brings calm and clarity, so a team can deliver at a pace it can sustain.
He takes on several roles: product manager, Scrum Master and programme coordination. He also fills the role of CISO and helps keep an eye on security and compliance.
